City Inspection Services Ltd is an independent statutory inspection business led by its owner, Sean Crawford EngTech MSOE MBES. Duty holders deal directly with an experienced engineer surveyor — not a call centre or a subcontracted stranger.
The work is straightforward in principle and demanding in practice: examine lifting equipment, work equipment and pressure systems properly, and produce reports a responsible person can actually act on. That is easier when the person planning the visit, attending site and writing the report is the same competent engineer throughout.
